Every breakfast is freshly prepared by the Get Healthy Nutrition team and delivered directly to your door across Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. With fresh deliveries twice per week, you’ll always have convenient, ready-to-eat breakfasts available to help kick-start your day.

Our breakfast options rotate regularly to provide variety throughout the month while maintaining the quality and nutritional standards our customers expect. Each meal includes full nutritional information on the label, making it easy to monitor your calorie and protein intake.

Orders are prepared for the following week. If you order before our Friday cut-off, your meals will begin from the next scheduled Sunday delivery. Wednesday deliveries are for customers already included in that week’s meal plan, so orders placed during the week are not added to the same-week Wednesday delivery.
We work from a set weekly menu, but we'll always do our best to accommodate simple requests such as no pork or avoiding spicy meals. We can usually swap 1 or 2 meals where needed, but we're unable to offer full custom meal plans.
Orders for the following week close every Friday at 5pm. Orders placed after the cut-off may be moved to the following week's menu unless otherwise approved.
