Designed to provide approximately 35-45% more protein than our Basic Plan, this option is perfect for busy individuals who want to stay fuller for longer, support an active lifestyle, and make healthy eating easier throughout the week.
Every meal is freshly prepared by the Get Healthy Nutrition team and delivered across Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow. With fresh deliveries twice per week, you’ll always have nutritious, ready-to-eat meals available without the hassle of shopping, cooking, or meal preparation.
Whether you’re working long hours, training regularly, or simply looking for a more convenient way to enjoy healthy meals, the Extra Protein Plan helps take the guesswork out of weekday eating. Instead of spending time planning meals and counting calories, you’ll have balanced, protein-rich meals ready whenever you need them.
Our menus rotate regularly to provide variety from week to week while maintaining the quality and nutritional standards our customers expect. Each meal includes full nutritional information on the label, making it easy to monitor your calorie and protein intake.
Need a little extra? Add an additional breakfast for the full week for just €15.
Orders are prepared for the following week. If you order before our Friday cut-off, your meals will begin from the next scheduled Sunday delivery. Wednesday deliveries are for customers already included in that week’s meal plan, so orders placed during the week are not added to the same-week Wednesday delivery.
We work from a set weekly menu, but we'll always do our best to accommodate simple requests such as no pork or avoiding spicy meals. We can usually swap 1 or 2 meals where needed, but we're unable to offer full custom meal plans.
Orders for the following week close every Friday at 5pm. Orders placed after the cut-off may be moved to the following week's menu unless otherwise approved.
