Welcome to Get Healthy Nutrition. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Business Information
Get Healthy Nutrition is a registered Irish business specialising in the preparation and delivery of fresh, healthy meals.

2. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed and paid for online via our secure payment system. The official weekly cut-off time is Thursday at 11:59pm. Orders placed after this time may not be processed for the following week’s delivery. In some cases, we may accept late orders up to Friday at 3:00pm at our discretion.

  • We accept the following payment methods:
  • Online card payment via WooPayments
  • Cash on Delivery – must be provided in full upon delivery of your meals on Sunday
  • Revolut or Bank Transfer – must be arranged in advance, and payment must be received before delivery to confirm your order


Failure to have payment ready at the time of delivery may result in your meals not being delivered.

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been processed due to the perishable nature of our products. However, if there is an issue with your meals, please contact us and we will address it accordingly.

3. Delivery
Deliveries take place every Sunday and Wednesday between 11:00am and 6:00pm.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide specific instructions at checkout, such as:

  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Leave in a designated safe place
  • Leave in a cooler bag or insulated container


If no one is available and no instructions are provided, a redelivery fee will apply, based on location:

€10 for standard delivery areas

€15 for extended delivery zones

We reserve the right to withhold delivery if we cannot safely complete it.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery details
  • Being available during the scheduled delivery time or leaving clear delivery instructions
  • Leaving out a cooler bag or insulated container if not home
  • Ensuring any third party (e.g. neighbour) is aware of the delivery, if applicable


We are not liable for spoilage, theft, or missed deliveries due to incomplete instructions or customer absence.

5. Meal Plans
All meal plans are prepared according to the selected option at the time of ordering. Meals follow a rotating weekly menu. Customers cannot select individual meals. Allergen and ingredient information is included with each delivery.

6. Cancellations & Changes
We do not accept cancellations or changes after the Thursday 11:59pm cut-off. Orders accepted late (up to Friday 3:00pm) are final and non-refundable. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
