How do I place an order for meals?

Ordering is simple! Just visit our website, browse our meal plans, select the plan that suits you best, and proceed to checkout. Make sure to place your order before the Thursday 23:59PM cut-off for the following week’s delivery.

What is the cut-off time for placing orders each week?

The cut-off for placing orders is Thursday at 23:59PM, as payments will start being taken after 1AM on Friday. 

On what days are meals delivered?

We deliver meals twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday. This allows you to enjoy fresh meals throughout the week, with half of your order arriving on Sunday and the other half on Wednesday.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before the Thursday 23:59PM cut-off. After this time, we start preparing your meals, so changes for the upcoming week may not be possible.

Where do you deliver, and are there additional delivery fees?

We deliver to Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow.
Delivery fees apply based on your location: €5 for local Dublin areas (Dublin 8, 10, 12, 20, 22, 24), €10 for the rest of Dublin, €15 for Bray, and €20 for Kildare and Wicklow.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow. Specific delivery zones within Dublin may qualify for free shipping, while other areas have delivery fees.

What are the delivery fees?

Local Dublin areas (Dublin 8, 10, 12, 20, 22, 24) have a reduced delivery fee of €5.
Delivery is €10 for areas within Dublin (outside the local zones), €15 for Bray, and €20 for Kildare and Wicklow.

Can I get delivery if I live outside of Dublin, Kildare, or Wicklow?

Currently, we only deliver to Dublin, Kildare, and Wicklow. If you live outside these areas, please check back in the future as we may expand our delivery zones.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

Yes, we recommend being home to receive your delivery, as meals are fresh and perishable.
If you won’t be home, please leave clear instructions at checkout (e.g. safe place, with a neighbour, etc.).
If no one is available and there’s no suitable place to leave the meals, a €10 redelivery fee will apply.

Payment and Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely through our WooPayments system. We also accept Cash on Delivery.

Is there an additional charge for using card payments?

Yes, a €3.50 fee is applied for orders paid by card. Cash on Delivery is available without any additional fees.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund up until Friday at 3pm, which is our weekly cut-off. After this time, we’ll have already ordered ingredients based on confirmed orders, so cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.

That said, if something urgent comes up, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to work with you.

How secure is my payment information?

Your payment information is processed securely through WooPayments and is never stored on our site. We prioritise your privacy and adhere to industry-standard security measures.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email upon completing your order. If you need a copy, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Subscriptions

Find answers to your questions about managing meal plan subscriptions, renewals, payments, and cancellations.

When will my plan renew?

Your plan will renew every Friday, and the exact time may vary. Renewals can occur anytime from 12:00 AM onward, so please ensure your payment method is active and funds are available.

Can I change my meal plan after subscribing?

Yes, you can change your meal plan by contacting us before the Friday cut-off. Any changes made after this time will apply to the following week’s renewal.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails during renewal, we will contact you to update your payment details. Once updated, we will process the payment again. If the issue persists, your subscription may be paused until resolved.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by contacting us directly. Please note that cancellations must be requested latest Thursday at 3pm.
