Ordering & Delivery
When is the weekly order cut-off?
Our weekly order cut-off is Friday at 5pm. We can sometimes accept orders after this time, but please contact us on Instagram or call 085 712 2810 to check availability.
What happens if I order after the cut-off?
If you order very late on Friday or on Saturday, your order will usually be included in the following week unless otherwise approved by our team.
Can I choose my own meals?
We work from a set weekly menu. However, if you have a request such as no pork or no spicy meals, we can usually accommodate this. We can typically swap out 1 or 2 meals, but we do not offer full meal customisation.
When will I receive my meals?
Meals are delivered every Sunday and Wednesday to help keep everything fresh. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exact delivery times or guarantee delivery at a specific time.
How many days do the meal plans cover?
All of our meal plans cover Monday to Friday.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow.
Do you offer free delivery?
No, we do not currently offer free delivery. We use our own drivers rather than third-party couriers to make sure your meals are handled and delivered properly.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection is available from our kitchen in Clondalkin. If you select collection, you will be contacted in the morning. Collections are typically between 9am and 11am unless otherwise agreed.
Can I get an exact delivery time?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact delivery times. Due to delivery routes, traffic and order volumes, delivery times can vary.
Payment & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes, we can accept cash on delivery. Full payment must be made on the first delivery on Sunday unless otherwise agreed.
When is payment taken for once-off orders?
Payment for once-off orders is taken immediately at checkout.
When is payment taken for subscription orders?
Subscription payments are taken every Friday at approximately 3am.
Are delivery fees added at checkout?
Yes, delivery fees are added at checkout based on your location.
Subscriptions
How do weekly subscriptions work?
You set up your subscription once and are billed weekly until you cancel. This means you do not need to remember to place a new order each week.
Can I pause, cancel or change my subscription?
Yes, you can manage your subscription through your account or contact us at info@gethealthynutrition.ie for help.
When do I need to cancel to avoid being charged?
Please cancel before Thursday at 11:59pm to avoid being charged for the following week.
What happens if my subscription payment fails?
If your payment fails, our system will retry the payment. If it fails again, we will contact you. You will also receive an automatic email with a secure link to complete payment.
Do subscription customers receive the same menu?
Yes, subscription customers receive the same weekly menu and pricing as once-off customers. The subscription simply makes it easier to stay consistent and avoid forgetting to order.
